Piston type pipe force valve is the outlet control valve of Zui new water pump. It is the third generation of new butterfly type multi-function pump control valve after the old manual control valve, hydraulic control butterfly valve and hydraulic control valve. It is a new type of pump station control equipment with novel structure, advanced performance and reliable operation at home and abroad. The valve is suitable for the outlet pipe of centrifugal pump, vacuum pump, mixed flow pump and axial-flow pump in automatic water supply and drainage pump station. There are two control devices, diaphragm type and piston type, which can be applied to clean water, raw water medium, sewage and slurry water respectively. In terms of product types, five specifications are developed, including common type, low-pressure backwater type and sewage type, to meet the requirements of different working conditions.

The piston type pipe force valve is mainly composed of valve body, large valve disc, small valve disc, valve rod, regulating rod, master cylinder, bypass valve, spring, slow closing piston, etc. The opening and closing of the valve is driven by the conveying medium, which is automatically interlocked with the water pump, and no external force is required. When the water pump is started, the water pressure enters the control lower chamber through the inlet bypass pipe. Under the action of the inlet medium, the large valve disc and the small valve disc are opened slowly. The valve opening speed can be adjusted according to the working conditions. When the water pump is closed, the inlet medium of the valve loses pressure, and the large valve disc automatically closes under the action of self force, which stops 70-80% of the water flow medium. At the same time, a part of the return water enters the upper chamber of the control cylinder through the bypass valve, pushing the control rod downward and closing the small valve disc until the medium is completely cut off. The closing time can be adjusted by the bypass valve to control the peak value of water hammer within the specified range.

Piston type pipe force valve adopts advanced fluid design, compact structure, small volume, light weight, low energy consumption, stable operation, good sealing effect, and has the functions of electric gate valve, electric butterfly valve and check valve. It has quick closing speed and adjustable pressure relief time, which can effectively eliminate the harm of water hammer and protect the safety of water pump and pipe network system.

 

Piston type pipe force valve is compact in structure, small in size and light in weight. It is especially suitable for large diameter pipe network system. It can be widely used in power, environmental protection, metallurgy, petrochemical, water department, municipal, food and other industries, water supply and drainage system, sewage pump house, chemical fluid and other industries.
