Compared with the traditional fixed cone design, the fixed cone and guide vane structure design of the fixed cone valve can effectively dissipate energy and discharge flow and eliminate the impact of pipeline vibration and cavitation damage. Metal to metal zero leakage seal can be realized by moving the outer stainless steel sleeve gate of the valve. After the sleeve gate is opened, the water flow will become a bunch of small water and radiate out in the form of a large-diameter trumpet. If the spray area is to be reduced, a shroud can be installed to limit the spray range of the fluid.

Fixed cone valve, driven by actuator, welded steel body with 60 Hastelloy backing strip, 60 Hastelloy seat. The nozzle and the fixed cone are supported and connected by radial blades. The length of the open section without pipe wall is changed by the axial movement of the sleeve gate, which can adjust the valve opening. The guide hood can be set at the outlet of the valve according to the actual working conditions, which can restrict the flow pattern of the valve outlet, and further avoid the damage of cavitation and excessive spray range. In general, a guide hood should be added to the medium-sized conical valve in order to prevent the pipe at the back end of the valve from cavitation damage. The discharge type is installed at the end of the pipeline and plays the role of pressure relief, pressure maintaining and water level control.
